The conference and meeting possibilities at Wrest Point are not constrained by size, only by your imagination. The property has 14 meeting rooms, catering for between two and 1600 delegates, including an auditorium, boardrooms and exhibition venues. The largest room, the Tasman room, can accommodate up to 1000 people theatre style (1600 with the Plenary Hall added), has a full theatre stage, ceiling height of more than seven metres, a press gallery, Green Room and dressing rooms and a 2.5 tonne hydraulic lift that will allow large equipment, including motor vehicles, into this main flat floor auditorium. Built-in audio visual equipment, which is located in many of the rooms, could save you thousands on the bottom line of your conference.
