Food, beverage & catering Freycinet Lodge will tailor creative menus especially for your delegates using the freshest Tasmanian produce and seafood, matched with wines from Tasmania’s east coast region.
Delegates can dine in the Bay Restaurant which boasts panoramic views of Great Oyster Bay, in Richardson’s Bistro or can simply enjoy a drink in Hazards Bar. Or for a unique Freycinet experience, why not have a sunset cocktail party on the deck overlooking Great Oyster Bay, indulge in a sunrise pancake breakfast at Cape Tourville or a gourmet BBQ cruise aboard the Schouten Passage Facilities Freycinet Lodge can cater for up to 110 delegates and has three dedicated meeting rooms with the Parsons and Dove rooms combining to form the Freycinet room. In addition, the Lodge has extensive public areas for casual breakouts and cabins which can be used for working groups if required
Experiences Freycinet Lodge employs two full time Naturalists/Guides who can take your delegates on interpretive walks, 4WD trips and spotlighting tours in the National Park.
