The Chateau has two accommodation wings under the one roof with 60 beautifully appointed hotel-style rooms.

Food, beverage and catering

Delegates can dine in the Chateau’s signature restaurant, The Grey Gum, in Quoll’s Restaurant or simply enjoy a drink in Brushtails Bar, Lounge and Billiard Room.  Or for a unique Cradle Mountain experience, why not enjoy a cocktail reception amidst stunning natural imagery of Tasmania in the Wilderness Gallery, a night spotlight supper in the National Park or experience the unforgettable history and wonder of Waldheim with a nightcap tour!

Facilities
The Conference Centre can cater for up to 170 delegates and is comprised of three pillar-less function rooms with natural light, a boardroom with private deck, the Wilderness Gallery with nine rooms plus two offices suitable for secretariats.

The Wilderness Gallery is one of the largest privately owned photographic galleries in Australia and showcases exhibitions from world-renowned nature photographers.  The Gallery is built around an enclosed native garden and consists of nine exhibition rooms and is a stunning setting for working luncheons or cocktail receptions.
