The Country Club Tasmania & Villas in Launceston employs nearly 500 staff in a range of hospitality, gaming and resort based roles. There are five restaurants and extensive conference facilities. Some of the Federal Group's business support departments are also operated from Country Club Tasmania.

There are about 30 chefs at Country Club Tasmania, along with opportunities for many non-hospitality trades, including carpenters, electricians, painters and greenkeepers.
